Study and develop the drawings. We design internally all the molds and toolings using the latest CAD programs and material flow controls.

Cutting the bar is the first production step. Fast and precise automated cutting machines allow Metal Technology to prepare the perfect billets for the forging process.
Where the material takes shape. With more than 21 presses from 250 tons up to 1,600 tons we are able to produce parts from 8 grams up to 54 Kg (120 Lb). Parts can be forged in several ways according to the customer's needs.
Where we eliminate the extra material caused by the forging process.
We are able to process all types of treatments after the forging process such as brass blasted, steel blasted, deburring and heat retreatment upon request.
With more than 20 transfer machines and CNC machines we are able to produce both small and big quantities. Thanks to our Know-How and the frequent quality checks, we can meet our customer’s needs in terms of superior quality, high tolerances and complex machining.
We are able to process every kind of surface finish such as polishing, nickel plated, chrome plated, pickling and aluminum anodization.
The last quality check before the shipment. We guarantee on-time deliveries thanks to our warehouse in New Jersey. We can also offer the consignment stock at customer’s warehouse, 3PL service or regular deliveries door to door.
